Do you ship to all countries?

Unfortunately no. We do not ship to all countries. This is due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

For now, Avocado Wonderland does not ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

We ship internationally to all other countries!

Do I need to register an account to buy products?

We offer the ability to checkout as a guest, otherwise you can for free register here.

Can I pay via credit card?

Currently you can pay via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We are looking to add more options in the near future.

Is it safe to pay via credit card?

Yes. We offer 100% secure payment processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary for each order depending on what items are being shipped and where they are being shipped to.

Are my details stored on your website?

If you are a registered user, your account details will be stored in a safe hosting environment. Your payment details are not stored. For more information please read our privacy policy for more information.

Can I tack my order?

After successful checkout, your order will go into processing. At this stage you will receive an email with order consignment tracking information.

Our system will also notify you via email when the order status has been changed.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your please contact us via our enquiry form within 3 hours of your order placement and we’ll update our system.

What is your returns policy?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. You can read our full returns policy online here.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

In the rare case that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, Avocado Wonderland does not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address.

In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient’s address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person – e.g. “left under table on back porch.”
